Recently I have been collaborating with our wholesale & retail representatives to develop promotional materials for pharmacy. I also developed and implemented marketing programs for the Internal and Field Sales Representatives. I have developed collateral from start to finish and helped train and educate the sales team on the purpose of the new collateral to help drive sales to the organization. Before LifeScan, I helped consult and execute promotional programs for Diabetes, Vaccine and BrandRx manufacturers. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide brand awareness and education to our pharmacy partners. Prior to working at McKesson, I ran the day to day operations, was the HR Manager, marketing manager and helped with all product development at QT Dog, multi-tasking was a key trait in order to keep up. I worked closely with the VP of Development on potential new items or new marketing strategies for the company and reported directly to the CEO on inventory control and purchasing. I also managed all marketing content and started utilizing social media platforms. Before the pet industry, I worked for over 5 years in the healthcare industry. Starting out as a clinical assistant, using my customer services skills, while working my first job out of college I realized there was more to me and my potential, so I set out to start and complete my MBA. From there I moved on to an office manager role in the psychiatry realm, which is so interesting, and lastly working for a Fortune 500 company in their meeting services department. This gave me the great opportunity to work directly with the C-Suite of the company and have face-to-face interactions with the Board of Directors. I think quickly on my feet and have in-depth knowledge of planning both large and small scale events. My 10+ years of management experience have taught me how to work collaboratively, while still leading a team to complete projects and assignments on time and on budget. College was the great foundation as a collegiate athlete who had to balance school and tennis practice on a regular basis. Not only did I attempt to crush it on the tennis court and in the classroom, I also lead one organization and was involved in anything I could get into, including being an ambassador for the college and mentoring incoming freshman. Leadership is a skill I have maintained throughout the years and continue to maintain.
