Lea Tessitore is the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at TFA Analytics. In her role, she develops and executes collaborative, market-oriented strategies between TFA and partner organizations including health care providers, health plans, non-profit organizations, foundations, and others. Through these partnerships, TFA can advance its mission of ensuring effective, high-quality, and affordable care for those living with complex and serious illness and their families. In addition, Lea develops TFA’s marketing strategy and strategic initiatives with clients and external partners. As a bioethicist, Lea ensures that TFA’s work and message infuses the principles and frameworks of health ethics and equity.
