My journey at POM & FLORA began as a runner, where I learned the importance of speed, precision, and teamwork. I was quickly promoted to the role of a barista and chef where I developed my practical skills immensely. Later on, my primary role was hostess and helping out where ever need be. Beyond my primary roles, I had the privilege of training new team members and stepping into the role of substitute manager on weekends. Guiding and supporting the team to success was both rewarding and empowering.
