My tasks as HR Administrator:- Preparing and coordinating salary payment with outsourcing Providers ADP and Auren Personal GbmH for DACH (Germany, Austria Switzerland) region.- Responsible for administration of entire DACH zone: processing of entries and departures in HRIS (HR Information System), creation of working certificates as well as the maintenance of personnel files and daily ad-hoc inquiries.- Supporting implementation and introduction of new Time & Attandance tool and new cloud based HR Information tool (SuccessFactors, global HR administration tool). - Administration of all HR-relevant (SAP HCM, HRIS) systems for DACH, BNL and various external service providers, as well as occasionally for NORDICS and the UK.- Internal contact for questions regarding occupational pensions in close cooperation with our external service provider.- Supporting HRBP in global projects and recurring reporting tasks.- Support for recruitment process (Constitution draft of job postings, coordination of job interviews and internal arrangements, administation of confirmations and declinings, praticipation on job interviews, posting offers and contracts as well as all onboarding documents and creation of individual training plans).- Creation of various internal templates and process descriptions (e.g. training plan, various business letters, admin task overviews, working certificate, employee handbook...)
