I manage the Adult Services staff that includes 8 full time and 14 part time staff members. I run monthly resource fairs for connecting members of the public with community partners offering assistance and resources for housing, employment, food, and wellness. I oversee the collection development of all materials for adults, and I coordinate all library programs for adults.I maintain the library website and social media presence.

Under the Direction of the Youth Services Manager and the Library Director I trained and supervised youth services library staff.I recruited, interviewed, trained, and managed teen volunteers.I planned, promoted, and led programs for children and teens in the library and out in the community. I grew and maintained community partnerships that supported literacy, access, and continuing education for youth and parents.I provided customer service to children, parents and young adults, in recreational and academic library use.
