I oversee all aspects of consumer experiences and marketing for GES Events’ licensed experiential projects with Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, and HBO, including strategic planning, creative development, project management, and execution of brand initiatives to effectively meet business objectives. Responsibilities include:• Leading experiential strategy and execution across all consumer touchpoints through the entire marketing life cycle, from project development through launch, and beyond;• Producing media events, including junkets, stunts, premieres and promo shoots for the launch and opening of live event projects in the US, Europe, and Asia;• Developing and overseeing marketing campaigns across all promotional channels for GES’s entertainment brand experiences to drive interest and consumer engagement based on research and data-driven insights;• Directing the production of promotional events and creative assets including key art, television and radio spots, print, digital, social and outdoor advertising for live experiences like Harry Potter: The Exhibition, Avatar: Discover Pandora, National Geographic Presents Earth Explorers, and Game of Thrones: The Touring Exhibition;• Selecting and overseeing creative agencies, web developers, and media planners, as well as managing brand submissions and approvals with licensed partners;• Managing presentation process including developing creative planning decks, style guides, and asset libraries for review and approval;• Overseeing and executing third-party partnerships and promotions and developing relationships for sustained support.
