- Facilitate the account opening process for clients interested in trading APAC securities. This includes gathering necessary documentation, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.- Oversee the maintenance of client accounts, including updating account information, processing corporate actions, and handling account closures as necessary.Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies in all aspects of account opening and maintenance.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Responsible for managing and responding to vulnerable customers experiencing financial or personal hardship in accordance with our policies and procedures in a fair and equitable manner, consistent with the requirements of applicable policies and procedures- Responsible for day-to-day report of the entire team and review the process of my colleagues, making sure that there are no breaches and errors- Monitor and evaluate processes aligned with our SOP and company policies- Communicate with on-shore colleagues in Australia and make sure that all deliverables are met- Acting as a support where adhoc tasks are managed while doing our BAU

- Handles US-based account where orders are managed from order entry to delivery- Make sure to deliver quality output and maintain client relationship- Communicates with on-shore counterparts to improve process and outcomes- Acting as a support where adhoc tasks are managed while doing our BAU

- Researches and study different places in Asia and knowing what it can offer- Producing brief write-ups for various places in Asia

- Producing in-house and client graphic materials for branding, marketing collaterals, social media management, and photo retouching- Often assists in photography of fashion events

- Works closely with the copywriter to produce innovative ideas for visual elements such as graphic design, logo, and posters to fulfill the clients' needs- Producing sketches and/or storyboards to communicate ideas with the client- Participates in brainstorming activities for advertising campaigns

Attending production meetings. Helping in the assessment and distribution of scripts during the production. Assisting cast members and at times running errands for them. Making schedules and other paper works for pre-production, production, and post-production. Keeping track of timings. Help check the material during post production. Checking running orders and scripts.
