In 24 months, our growth shot from $0 to almost $300M in revenue and from 1 to over 1,000 retail customers. Accomplishments- Developed and oversaw HERBL's statewide operations, including warehouse management technology, delivery network service proposition and governing business analytics. I led the development of end to end operating procedures to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.- Introduced curriculum for development of operational teams with criteria for career growth from associate to leads to supervisors. By 2022, all Supervisor, Manager and Directors were promotions from within the team.-Led change project to expand HERBL operating model from full-service distribution to introduce transport-only option.
