Responsible for global communications strategy, plan development and execution in support of culture-building topics, including diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), career development, performance management, best workplace recognition and employee listening. Leads breakthrough DE&I communication strategy development and directs multiple projects in support of that strategy. Provides senior executive strategic guidance and communications support, including the Executive Diversity & Inclusion Council, which comprises business leaders from across the enterprise.Leads communications strategy development and execution in support of global Corporate Accounts sales growth program, targeting top-tier sales associates worldwide with content designed to motivate, educate and support a positive team culture.Initially embedded in the Global Talent center of excellence, led Human Resources communications for global employee population of 44,000 worldwide. Work focused on talent initiatives that strengthen employer brand and drive employee engagement. Provided executive communications counsel to Chief Human Resources Officer, including quarterly town halls, videos, social media and external speechwriting/ presentation support. Initiated and co-developed Ecolab’s external recognition strategy and implementation approach in support of Ecolab’s employer brand and company reputation as a global employer of choice. In partnership with HR leaders, delivered Ecolab’s first-ever global Development Week in 2018 – which drove high employee engagement via 200+ local career-building events, and generated 120,000 social media impressions at launch. 2019 event comprised more than 600 local events and 150,000 social media impressions; June 2020 event achieved 90% year-over-year growth in participation with more than 25,000 attendees in 84 countries.
