Started as a crew leader and within the first year was promoted to Field Operations Manager. I was able to implement a program where crew leaders could get additional personnel when needed to finish jobs on time. After 2 year we where able to complete 50% more jobs under time and under budget using a floating crew program.

As a Section Leader of Up-Armored Humvee's I was charged with planing, training, deploying, leading and reporting of missions in Al Ramadi Iraq.As Watch Officer I was charged with the responsibility of a 30 man Reaction Team, 30 man Security Team, 30 man Patrol Team, and any Armor Units, Fixed, or Rotary wing Aircraft in our area of operation I was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal for holding multiple billets that where above my pay grade.
