In 2021, we also expect home-based learning as a "regular part" of school life, to complement classroom teaching.Project D.I.P is working with different stakeholders and schools to build digitally inclusive communities in Singapore and we aim to achieve this through the following "4E" phases;(1) EQUIP each student with a laptop;(2) EMPOWER each individual with digital literacy skills;(3) ENABLE each household to have stable internet access and (4) ELEVATE IT capacities in the community. Under "Empower", we work with different MOE schools, corporate and community partners to create customised digital literacy skills programme for both the children & their parents.
