Throughout my years in this industry as an intrapreneur, I have assumed various appointments to spearhead and oversee projects that involved in customer engagement, training delivery, operations management, and revenue generation.With a higher purpose in life, I started a voluntary initiative named “CloverHearts (Singapore)” with the vision to encourage youth to develop empathy through acts of kindness. In short ~ "Empathy at Heart, Kindness in Actions". The focus is to provide different volunteering opportunities for the youth to develop their sense of empathy for others around them.
