Mine arbejdsopgaver ved GreenSpeak er primært det samme som tidligere, men med mere fokus og tid, da nogle af de andre projekter er blevet skåret fra.Webshoppen GreenTown blev sat fri og fik til opgave at skulle stå på egne ben uden hjælp fra GreenSpeak.Projekt Solstrøm blev nedlagt, for at vi bedre kunne fokusere på Teleselskabet GreenSpeak og Projekt Urskov (bredbånd). Der blev altså mulighed for at min tid kunne bruges mere målrettet på andre opgaver;✔ Brandopdatering og projektmanager Vi indgik et samarbejde med et bureau, der hjalp os med brandudvikling og opsætning af ny hjemmeside. Jeg var tovholder på dette projekt.✔ Teste nye platforme til marketing, herunder fx TikTok.✔ Derudover også tidligere opgaver, samt ad hoc opgaver; SEO optimering, SoMe håndtering, udvikling af flow til nyhedsbreve mm.

Marketing ansvarlig for Teleselskabet GreenSpeak og diverse tilhørende projekter; Greentown (Online markedsplads for mere bæredygtige produkter), Projekt Solstrøm (salg af energi fra solceller) og Projekt Urskov (salg af bredbånd).✔ Håndtering af SoMe Her både tale om betalt og organisk. Jeg har stået for at lægge strategi og planlægge, men har også stået for den konkrete eksekvering. I nogle perioder havde jeg folk til at hjælpe med eksekveringen, men da stod jeg for oplæring og overordnet ansvar.✔ SEO optimering. Jeg havde ansvaret og overblikket i en SEO optimerings process af GreenSpeak.dk, hvor hele sitet blev gennemgået. På GreenTown.dk startede vi en lignende omgang, som jeg dog ikke nåede at være med til afslutningen af ✔ Udvikling og opsætning af diverse marketing tiltag, herunder også nyhedsbreve og pressemeddelelser.✔ Oplæring af praktikanter og studerende.GreenTown især havde flere praktikanter, som jeg fik under mig til at hjælpe med SoMe indhold, SEO og til tider annoncering. Det var mit ansvar at oplære dem og sørge for at deres arbejde levede op til standarden.✔ Ad hoc opgaver.

✔ SoMeVed H.W.Larsen står jeg med det daglige ansvar for organisk indhold til firmaets overordnede Facebook side, herunder også content creation i form af video, tekst og billeder. Jeg varetager en del af håndteringen af paid social, og kontakten til vores tilknyttede bureau samt sikrer at de nyhedsbreve der bliver sendt afsted til kunderne, er som de skal være. Samtidig er jeg sparringspartner og go-to-person for de forskellige butikker, når de mangler ideer til deres Facebook sider, eller har konkrete tekniske spørgsmål.Instagram er en ny-oprettet SoMe kanal for H.W.Larsen, og her har jeg stået i spidsen for oprettelse af kontoen og udvikling af fremadrettet strategi. Skabelse af content og kontakt til brugerne, tilfalder dog ikke mig, men min kollega som jeg er sparringspartner for.✔ Samarbejde med stor ekstern partner. At H.W.Larsen I'm responsible for a massive reconstruction and optimization of both the customer database and the product database, with the purpose of making them more useful and effective in sales situations. This includes, but is not limited to; assessment of the discount structure, text description of the products, collection and analysis of data from collaborators, along with the tecnical update to the internal operating system.I also act as sales koordinator with focus on e-commerce. I manage and monitor the incomming orders, provide support if needed, create campaigns for the different platforms and select products that I deem relevant for their customer segment.I'm also in charge of the SoMe channels, manely Facebook, the blog and Trustpilot. On Facebook I manage everything from planning to content creation to answering messages. I put relevant content on the blog (Wordpress is the CMS system) and resolve and reply to cases on Trustpilot. Alongside this, I work closely together with external bureaus regarding newsletters, online competitions and advertising.

At Djuva I worked with every aspect of communication and marketing. Since it was a smaller business, I got to work with many different and diverse tasks on a daily basis. Everything from SoMe to developming advertisements and campaigns. I worked with both written and grafical communication on a daily basis and also handled a big part of customer support. Optimization and development of the website and a new app, was a bigger and forth running project, that I worked on closely with the CEO - mainly with focus on the visuel impression and the usability. Aside from this, I've worked on developing new products and branding strategies, together with the CEO. I provided an understanding of target groups and how new products could best be introduced to the audience and how a campaign best could reach the different parts of the target group.Other primary tasks✔ Written development and visual design of adds, both for printed and online use (Instagram, Facebook, CykelMagasinet, Lyngby Storcenter Julemagasin etc.)✔ Coordination of content and layout of digital newsletters with text and pictures, using Mailchimp.✔ Design and layout of different printed media (giftcards, flyers for events etc.)✔ Update of the backend system to the website.✔ Systematization and optimization of product numbers, ordering processes etc.✔ Managing organic content for Facebook and Instagram with the purpose of engaging the target group and to promote the brand.✔ Creating and maintain sales channel on Amazon Europe. Including tecnical setup, text creationg, customer support etc.✔ Proactive contact to sports organizations and other groups, in order to establish contact for cooporation.✔ Customer support through social media, email and phone.

I thought the students how to sew and craft different hobby articles and basic clothing. Each class had around 15 students and it was a mixture of lectures and workshops.Other primary tasks✔ Creating the hobbyroom from scratch, including budgetting and purchasing materials and tools.✔ Compile curriculum✔ Teach✔ Accomodate every students' special needs

My primary purpose with the internship was to create personas, that could be used internally to better target the high school's target group. These personas was created based on analysis of big amounts of quantitative data provided by the school, and qualitative data, that was gathered through several interviews. All this culminated in a rapport where the conclusion involved how these personas could be used in a further communication and branding strategi.Aside from this, I helped solve some of the following tasks;✔ Graphic redesign of the different brochures that the school worked with.✔ Production of short movies for Facebook.✔ Organic content for Facebook.✔ Creation of press releases.✔ Production of graphs and slideshows, along with other visual support, for the Board of Directors.
