- Analyse des profils et comportements des consommateurs et plus particulièrement des membres du club de fidélité (nombre, fréquence d'achats, canaux, utilisation du cashback, etc).- Participation à la création et à la gestion des opérations marketing.- Optimisation de la rentabilité par le biais de la gestion et de l'analyse des coûts.- Etablissement de rapports et de tableaux de bord afin de fournir des insights en interne pour faire évoluer le Club R.

• Participation in the elaboration and definition of 3 collector editions (AAA games).• Set up communication tools: writing briefs for creative agencies, project management, creation of digital communication tools (mockups, assets, etc.) in order to ensure a good visibility to the games, whether they are future releases or back catalog games (Assassin's Creed, Avatar, Watch Dog, etc.).• Coordination and distribution of information to a dozen subsidiaries and internal teams (specific needs and localization of elements). • Follow-up of the good deployment of the developed tools and competitive intelligence.

My missions within HP were divided in two parts. 1. Business Development Accessories : • Sell-In & Sell-Out sales analysis.• Participation in the elaboration of offers for retailers and e-retailers.2. Content Marketing (PC : laptops, displays, accessories) on "Amazon" :• Revision of all product pages (A+ Content, contents, images,...), HP stores.• Participation in the creation of e-events (e.g. HP Days).• Management of the automation of the creation of product sheets.

• Analysis: analysis of brand performance via retail and consumer panels, competitive intelligence.• Innovation: participation in the development of innovations and renovations (ad hoc analysis, organisation of technical tastings, etc.).• Packaging: development of packaging and sales support in collaboration with creative agencies, photo-engravers and various internal departments.• Activation: management of brand activations (in-store activation campaign, discount voucher campaign, website and Facebook page management).

Participation in all stages of a study to its completion for different type of clients (FMCG and services):• Develop questionnaires,• Control data with field monitoring,• Prepare, analyze results, write reports and syntheses,• Provide recommendations to clients.
