I specialise in integrating elements of coaching into leadership development programs. I have developed and tailored organisation-wide coaching and mentoring programs for a significant number of our major clients . I also oversee all coaching programs in our training calendar. With extensive business management and general management experience, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and pressures faced by leaders in a turbulent and uncertain environment. I combine a passion for working with groups and individuals with a wealth of industry experience, including working in senior executive positions for a range of organisations both locally and overseas. What I have realised as a result of this long experience in senior management roles is that the secret of success in implementation of strategy lies within the level of engagement and understanding of the people in the organisation. As a trained family therapist and experienced line manager, Mike has the ability to work with people from a range of backgrounds and with a variety of personal and professional development challenges. My passion is the process of wisdom and supporting the development of behavioural flexibility.
