LEAD: A unique leadership development program for conductors. Creative problem solving is one of the focus points.In the CrowdIn this field focus lays on functioning as a professional musician in different society contexts and leisure culture. Worked out in subjects like cooperation, networking, entrepreneurship and work organizing (ordering, prioritize, delegate, control etc.).In the DriveMain point here is: inspiration. Elements of attention are: challenge, motivation, reflection, empathy and authenticity. To practice this we stimulate paradigm shifts in our work forms.
