In 2001 iLogistix filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and operated on a skeleton staff over the 2 years in bankruptcy court. iLogistix was acquired in 2003 by SalesLink and later transitioned to Moduslink which are both operated under CMGI. My core duties were to maintain the Microsoft policies and procedures during transition from SalesLink to Moduslink. As the COA compliance manager my responsibilities included the daily audit of COA’s, daily Microsoft reporting of production, shipping, destruction and transferred IP. Maintain Microsoft compliance regulations on site.

iLogistix provided supply chain services to leading technology companies, including procurement, inventory management, e-commerce, and distribution services. As the Microsoft Campus Program Manager my duties were to operate under Microsoft guidelines and procedures, validate all Campus Agreements, Schedule production/replication & set shipping dates, maintain stock levels set by Microsoft, maintain and report weekly shipping records directly to Microsoft, Updating/ reconciling Microsoft external system of managing the printing, shipping, storing or destruction of COA’s.Overview:iLogistix maintained a relationship as an AER (Authorized Education Reseller) of Microsoft products. At the time iLogistix was 1 of 4 licensed program fulfillment agencies in the country. Colleges in North America were certified and able to purchase a Campus subscription from Microsoft that would address the specific needs of the facility at academic pricing. iLogistix would then fulfill these needs by printing the media and the license COA (Certificate of Authenticity). As the program manager for this account, my duties were to operate under Microsoft guidelines and procedures, validate all Campus Agreements, Schedule production/replication of all products, set shipping dates, maintain stock levels set by Microsoft, maintain and report weekly shipping details directly to Microsoft. Updating/reconciling Microsoft external system of all IP. Managing the printing, shipping, storing or destruction of COA’s. Maintain AER license by passing quarterly & unannounced audits.
