This role was split between finance and project controlling administrative responsibilities. In October I was promoted to Finance and Administration Manager with one direct report. One of my core tasks is improving processes, controls and building strategic plans for the Australian subsidiary.Notable Key Achievements• Became the only female and youngest Director on the Board of JAG Process Solutions at age 24.• Built, streamlined and implemented a ticketing system that revolutionised JAG's billing of hours processes saving all participants significant time while generating far more data and insights.• Liaised with and advised clients on important issues using a newly created KPI report for supporting services division, resulting in a reduction of overdue invoices by 100 per cent.
