Significant focus on improving hiring process, training the org on hiring related matters, and crafting and implementing DEI strategies while hiring several hundred engineers, often defeating Google, Facebook, Amazon, and others. Also involved in recruiting structure/process, headcount planning and expansion plans by geography. Also coach our recruiters and sourcers and personally recruit for leadership roles when needed.►2015 - 2020 Led recruiting for Apple Cloud Services(iCloud) and Apple Maps to help move these products forward for Apple. Products included Find My, iCloud Storage, Messenger, and Apple Maps. Managed recruiters and sourcers for these orgs. Top graded our recruiting talent. Grew both orgs significantly over a sustained 5 year period with several hundred engineering hires each year.

Responsible for several talent acquisition teams at Linkedin for engineering, including: systems and infrastructure recruiting, test recruiting, tools and performance recruiting, strategic sourcing, and the employee referral and online applicant team. Left to take on a more impactful and complex role with Apple.

I have helped double the size of the company in my first 6 months, and tripled the size of the company by the end of 2013. This includes hiring a Talent Team and critical engineering hires, establishing a method and system for hiring the best people efficiently, and leading all efforts behind the talent growth of the company. Served a dual role as recruiter and leader for a group of 7 focused on Platforms System Software. Duties include producing as a recruiter carrying a full load of reqs and also coaching my team to improve performance and handle candidates and client groups correctly.
