I managed the business through a period of rapid growth pre-GFC, and then through the GFC before resigning to move to Australia.

Pan -European Executive Search specialising in the HR market.Prior to acquisition by Manpower Group to become a part of The Empower Group, this business was a part of CSA Management Consultants, a niche and highly skilled Human Capital consulting business. I helped establish the HR Search capability of the Group.

Leading the Learning & Development function of this international insurance broking business through a major technology and culture change programme.

Leadership of the Learning & Management Development function of this French owned Life & Pensions business, focusing on the 700 strong self employed sales force, and 500 head office employees.

Developing leadership and management skills of NHS managers and clinicians at this world leading research hospital group. The Trust included The Hammersmith Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and Queen Charlotte's Hospital.
