I was responsible for directing clients through detailed survey processes in conjunction with presenting consultative analyzes and recommendations.My clients were mid-market, international organizations who were looking to maximize the potential of their human capital. My role was to assist in the research and development of a new Performance Management system that the school was rolling out. Additional tasks included:• Developement and management of HR projects, as assigned, including employee satisfaction survey, performance management process, job description development and new faculty orientations• Identifing organizational/departmental/role Critical Success Factors/desired competencies/job requirements, developed behavioral interviewing process incorporating Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) for evaluating employee/applicant performance for selection and 45/90 day and annual performance reviews• Creating, revising and updating HR manuals and internal documents/procedures to meet the changing needs of a diversity focused growth oriented institution-other standard HR functions
