I have over two decades experience leading teams to excellent results in the Defence and Resources sectors. From a foundation in Supply Chain and Logistics management, I have built expertise in team development and project execution. A hallmark of my career is an ability to drive cultural change and elevate team performance. In any role, safety leadership is my prioirity. In 2023, I established my consultancy, Leadership Lift. This leveraged my skills to coach and mentor emerging leaders within the PNG mining sector.I am a delivery-oriented, big-picture thinker. I was selected to deliver complex, business-critical projects with a whole-of-business impact. These include a SAP implementation and a program to modernise operating practices and work routines. These were enablers of extending Mine Life. They also reduced cost, and increased productivity. More importantly, they improved the safety by providing a better way to work. My true passion lies in leadership roles that challenge me to innovate and elevate teams.I am capable of managing substantial projects, teams, and portfolios. I have led a department of 150, with responsibility for inventory of more than USD 220 million and procurement of USD 250 million p.a.Outside of work, I enjoy distance running and creative writing.I'm looking to apply my experience to senior leadership roles in values-based organisations.
