I am the Founder and President of LeadershipTraQ, a leadership-consulting firm based in California. I helped found the Ukleja Center For Ethical Leadership at California State University, Long Beach, the second largest university in the state. I am passionate about my message. As a result I have authored several books to help people deploy their best self. Who Are You? What Do You Want? Four Questions That Will Change Your Life (forward by Ken Blanchard), has been praised by legendary coach John Wooden, Grand Slam golf champion Gary Player, best selling author Patrick Lencioni and many prominent leaders and CEOs, as “The one book to read that will immediately impact your life.” I also co-authored two other books, The Ethics Challenge, and Managing the Millennials.I have worked with entrepreneurs and corporate executives of businesses and organizations in the non-profit and for-profit sectors such as Special Olympics of Southern California, Transportation Intermediaries Association, Boeing, Microsoft, Lead Like Jesus, KIA, National Industrial Transportation League, etc. I serve as Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Astronauts Memorial Foundation at the Kennedy Space Center, which oversees the Center for Space Education. I have been invited to speak on Fox News, CNN, Fox Business Network, NBC, and have written for numerous publications. I was also a regular contributor at Success.com.I am also an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Concordia University where I teach Leadership and Development.
