As a business psychologist, certified strength-based leadership coach and trainer, I enjoy working with forethinking leaders and transforming culture - by providing education through dynamic training on positive leadership, engagement, team accountabilty, and change management in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). My life is a testament to innovation and continuous improvement. After serving underserved communities for years as a Community Mission Director at the American Cancer Society (ACS), I reinvented myself to become a business consultant and educator in trauma-informed leadership transformation. My passion is to build a global network of inclusive leadership, which was my dissertation topic, and to collaborate with courageous leaders in the leadership developmemt journey. I have been at the forefront of grassroots movements for creating a safe space in many organizations where individuals feel valued and add value for success.In 2013, I created MyPlusPeople.com, an online platform on where members were encouraged to share positive messages.
