Current•Independently planned, organized, and directed highly complex OE Audit project each Q1 through all phases of the project life cycle in order to complete all assigned deliverables on time. This included managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and the project team and ensuring compliance•Identified, continually followed up, and documented: progress against proposed timelines, operation risks, issues/bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, key decisions, and project impact throughout. Key findings and lessons learned were documented at the end of each project, which were used to enhance the following year's project•Regularly identified opportunities to reduce redundant tasks and spearheaded additional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and increase efficiency (see next 4 bullets for examples): -Devised and directed initiative to create efficiency-focused software applications to drive project execution; applications increased data processing speed by 85% allowing for a 71% reduction in staffing requirements-Initiated and managed a cross-team strategic initiative to create and establish a data aggregation system which reduced processing errors from 27% to 3% and positively impacted overall project completion time-Revolutionized the analyst project team’s training; delivered communication of complex processes in an easily understood simplified style which increased comprehension and improved research results and dramatically reduced redundant tasks (“re-dos”)-Launched and managed initiative with IT to transform the OE Audit Project tracking software and management of data.
