This allows me to help my clients find new ways of communicating and reaching their core audience.My background includes over 20 years on Corporate Communications. Many of those were involved in audiovisual services including: equipment rental, event management, system design, system installation, sales, and executive management. I spent 15 years working with Markey's Audio Visual, 11 of which I was the National Account Manager for Eli Lilly and Company. During that time, I not only managed 25+ employees, I also renegotiated several contracts, sold over $3 million dollars of equipment and installation services, and managed the AV for events both locally and throughout the United States.Since leaving Markey's in 2006, I have operated my own businesses including a video production business and now a Communications consulting firm, Leadstra. Leadstra manages 3 lines of business including Team Networking Group, a job search training program; Your Livestream Guys, a podcasting and video streaming service serving faith based organizations and not for profits; and Leadstra, a Communications consultancy.I also built our online learning platform called CognaPoint. This is a customizable learning platform that allows our customers to deliver eLearning programs with full CRM functionality.
