REIC was acquired by Pace Analytical in March 2018; I continued my role from REIC.

Review and recommend revisions to existing SOPs and Quality Manual based on knowledge of various regulatory requirements. Audit logbooks and processes. Review jobs after they are logged in and prepare reports and invoices for clients after jobs are complete. Specialize in DMRs.

Sat in-house for two local operators for both fracturing and cementing operations. Provided technical and sales support as needed for up to two frac crews and 5 rigs in which SLB was the first call vendor. Technical support included engineering cement and frac job designs, communication with the lab regarding testing results, post-job analysis for continuous improvement, and failure investigation when applicable. Sales support included understanding the clients' needs and providing them with solutions to meet those needs, showcasing new technologies to the client, submitting bids/proposals, and performing profitability evaluations. Utilized CRM for sales. Joining SLB when I did gave a great opportunity to see a change in the industry from small vertical drilling jobs in the pre-shale boom to very high volume large scale jobs in the Marcellus and Utica boom. With this change came many variations in process change and how things were managed. SLB utilized lean six sigma and underwent a major transformation while I was employed there. SLB is always acquiring new companies, so I was involved in several integrations (MI-Swaco was one of the most memorable). I was around the Northeast through several office openings and closings (Beckley office where I started was shut down in the 2009 downturn, Inez closed, Weston grew, Horseheads opened, Charleston headquarters moved to Pittsburgh which is where I was last transferred).

Design fracturing stages, prepare post-job reports for clients, assist sales staff in bidding/tendering process, perform various projects involving marketing and sales. Local champion for various internal software programs involving employee scheduling and payroll. Involved in organizing all segments together to showcase our technologies at large conferences. Frequently assisted in recruiting efforts at Penn State University.

I wore many hats as a Field Engineer in Schlumberger. Starting in 2010, oversaw the Logistics Department in relations to Driver Outsource/Tractor Outsource and Freight movements, helping build the department from inception. Previous projects included supervising and engineering fracturing and cement jobs, operating the bulk plant and various equipment in field, dispatching, taking calls from the client, and managing resources for the jobs.

Managed relations between Aramark and over 30 non-profit organizations. Scheduled up to one hundred employees and volunteers per event. Balanced and maintained a safe of up to $60,000. Made deposits in excess of $300,000 per event. Often utilized Microsoft Word or Excel to create spreadsheets and documents.
