Hey, I'm Adam! Good to meet you. I've focused on a few areas to hopefully bring some healing to our hurting world. Let me give you a quick glimpse so you can see how we might collaborate in the future.👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Family is everything to me. I've been happily married for over 10 years and blessed with two incredible girls. From changing diapers to sharing quality time at church or on special date days, and reading bedtime stories, family is where my heart is. It wasn't always this way, though. In fact, my journey through family life as an “Achievement Addict” has been so transformative that I wrote a book to help other highly ambitious people find that peace. You can find it on Amazon, it's called Weapons of Mass Deception. 🧑🏻‍💻 As a Leadership Trainer I help companies build better teams by first building better leaders. The truth is that most leaders are just modeling based on what was demonstrated to them by a manager or influence. And it's not working. So we have a responsibility to train to get better so that our team members will have a better life because we are in it. "Leaders are not responsible for the results. Simon Sinek.🎤 As a National Speaker for Veterans and Government Groups, my purpose is to create training that not only informs but also ignites and propels our service members forward. My passion for empowering others drives my work, where I blend these skills with my former Program Management roles and Army Aviation background. I am often invited to share my story with military battalions (500+ people), veteran suicide prevention groups, and veteran ERGs. 🚁 As an Army Officer, I was a UH-60 Black Hawk pilot.
