I've been happily married for over 10 years and blessed with two incredible girls. From changing diapers to sharing quality time at church or on special date days, and reading bedtime stories, family is where my heart is. It wasn't always this way, though. In fact, my journey through family life as an “Achievement Addict” has been so transformative that I wrote a book to help other highly ambitious people find that peace. The truth is that most leaders are just modeling based on what was demonstrated to them by a manager or influence. And it's not working. My passion for empowering others drives my work, where I blend these skills with my former Program Management roles and Army Aviation background. I am often invited to share my story with military battalions (500+ people), veteran suicide prevention groups, and veteran ERGs. 🚁 As an Army Officer, I was a UH-60 Black Hawk pilot.
