As Director of Quality, Development, and Innovation, I lead a diverse team that includes our Quality Engineer, Automation Software Architect, Manufacturing Intelligence department, and Industrial IT group. I also serve as the internal EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementer, driving alignment and consistency across our organization. By establishing standards and fostering collaboration between our departments and project teams, we've significantly improved processes, increased efficiency, and enhanced engagement among our engineers. Hand picked to lead and manage the decommissioning of two production lines. This fast paced, short term project required me to quickly assemble the right team to execute sensitive work in an environment in which there was no room for error.

Managed multiple black belt and other continuous improvement projects involving production, manufacturing, accounts receivable, distribution, ingredients and specifications while undergoing Lean/Six Sigma training. Mentored green belt trainees to ensure progress to completion. Facilitated numerous Kaizen events in various departments across the company. Exceeded number of projects and dollar savings required to obtain technical and business Black Belt Certification.

Served as process engineer for most of the production technologies in the Minnesota ready to eat cereal production facility. Provided technical support to enhance rates, yields and throughputs. Assisted in the launch of several new products. Projects initiated, led and completed transformed every area of the plant. Changes and improvements have been in various areas including safety, sanitation, GMP's, production rate increases, product yields, maintenance improvements, downtime reduction, new product development, quality improvements and consumer complaint reduction. Participant of one of two MOM Excellence Kaizen Award Winning Teams of 2006 (P10 Dryer Build Up Study).● Worked as the process engineer on all five cereal technologies at the Campbell Mill● Changes/projects included improvements in safety, sanitation, GMP's, rate increases, yields, line reliability, downtime reduction, new product development, quality improvements, consumer complaint reduction
