As an independent contractor: - I developed, revised, and instructed six (6) managerial courses in the NVCC Management Certificate Program. The courses focus on practical skills and abilities in various categories of management to effectively lead a progressive and diverse workforce in today’s culture. I utilized various learning methodologies to ensure students gain a thorough understanding and practical application of the subject matter discussed. This has resulted in 99% of all student evaluations over the past 3 years being rated as excellent.
