I have been involved in numerous insolvency administrations such as receiverships, liquidations, restructuring, monitoring accountants as well as due diligence and investigative audits. Such engagements involved the management of companies and assets prior to sale (especially receivership), developing sale strategies and advising, negotiating and executing sales of various types of assets including investments, properties, plant and equipment and inventories. I have also been involved in various financial advisory services and corporate exercises, which include preparation of accountants report and review of prospective financial information for submission to the relevant authorities for initial public offerings and corporate restructurings. I have been involved in several forensic engagements which included the investigation of the affairs of companies, specified transactions and validity of debtors.I have also undertaken GST implementation advisory for various industries including construction, property development, hotel, manufacturing, property management, REIT, IT and etc.During my earlier years in audit field, I have been involved in audits of clients ranging from public listed companies, multinational corporations to small and medium sized companies in various industries including construction, property development, hotel, trading, manufacturing, property management, timeshare, franchising and retailing.
