I firmly believe that change is not a spectator game – we must actively engage, question the status quo, and champion everyone’s well-being to create true belonging for all. From my personal experience, I know that this road can be difficult, but with the right support, it’s worth it. My work draws on my own lived experience as a white woman from a multicultural and lower socio-economical background. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and an ally to other minorities. I am particularly interested in what it means to be white and anti-racist, and how to enable systemic changes to tackle inequalities.
