Food and Beverage Director at the University Club of Virginia Tech. In this multi faceted role, I recruit and work with a large team to facilitate end to end execution of our club’s member dining and events, Virginia Tech football games and athletic events, as well as private events of all types throughout the year. From large scale athletics recruiting, Virginia Tech football games, corporate private events, weddings, parties and university functions; to our member only fine dining restaurant….I’m comfortable working along razor sharp timelines, budgets, and attention to detail. Logistics and operations are my main strength and passion. Having multiple “tabs” open in my head, is where I shine!
