As a Security Clearance Consultant for the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) and the Australian Department of Defence, I conducted thorough assessments and provided recommendations regarding individuals' suitability to obtain or maintain security clearances.

Our network of export advisors delivers export advice, market information and skills development programs to help companies make informed export decisions. We also support large and small businesses through industry-focused trade missions and business introductions that are linked to inbound trade visits and Queensland export events. Our work also involves promoting Queensland as an ideal business environment and assisting businesses to set up operations in the state.

As a dedicated Nursery Director, I was entrusted with the day-to-day management and operation of a vibrant nursery serving 140 children, while leading a team of 20 passionate educators and caregivers. My role encompassed overseeing all aspects of the nursery's operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. I took the Nursery from it's launch to full with a long waitlist.

As the Assistant to the Engineering Manager, I handled various responsibilities within the Engineering Department. This included managing correspondence, recruiting and managing contracts for new Aircraft Engineers, scheduling shifts for a team of 70 engineers, and designing an induction program for new hires. I coordinated travel arrangements for engineers on duty rotations, prepared annual budgets, and oversaw the preparation of aviation service contracts and tenders. Additionally, I conducted aircraft and component reliability studies.Notable achievements included upgrading department procedures and formats and conducting a reliability study on the PT6T-3 series twinned turboshaft pneumatic fuel controls. This study, which I conducted independently, was recognized by Pratt & Whitney and incorporated into their Regional Technical Updates.
