I managed the Culture section of the Aquinas school newspaper The Saint. With the position, I worked with student reporters to highlight the culture of Aquinas: including clubs and their events, popular culture reviews, showing student art achievements, and showcasing ways to get involved on campus and the greater Grand Rapids area.

I assisted students with their writing in a one-on-one format, by engaging in thorough conversation about their piece. The goal was to not only improve their current work, but to provide the students with tools to use in their future.

I worked to give residents of Aquinas College a safe, healthy, and fun experience while receiving their education. This included organizing area programs, working with my fellow RA's to maintain a safe environment, connecting with my residents in trusting relationships, and helping my residents when they need help with a variety of concerns ranging from academic to personal.

I created a variety of marketing content, including editorials for the annual Carefree Guide publication and weekly podcast scripts on events happening in Southwest Michigan. In addition, I tracked webcam statistics and engaged in partner outreach to help make sure everything ran smoothly as the guide was being created.

I worked on a variety of tasks including but not limited to: analyzing social media graphics and podcast statistics, transferring articles from print to the website, proofread articles, and write my own articles for the website.
