I have to be calm and professional at all times, whilst reviewing high risk situations and ensuring the most appropriate police resource is utilized within incident management. I communicate daily with external organisations whilst maintaining standards for security, in accordance with force policies. I am required to provide support to supervisors as well as the OCC inspectors on duty in relation to managing critical or major incidents
