I currently process requisitions and purchase orders, as well as, assist the Procurement Manager with bids and other tasks relating to procurement. I am responsible for compiling documentation for bids and storing records accurately. I process all documents through the program Munis.Some of my tasks include:- Assisted Procurement Officer - Proof read bid.

Processed payroll and balanced GL accounts as my primary duties.

Started as a temporary employee working the front desk of the Finance Department. I was responsible for answering phone calls, communicating with citizens, assisting the Finance Manager, and other office tasks.
