As the Executive Director of Partner Success at engage2learn, I oversee the design and delivery of customized solutions that help schools and districts achieve their goals and vision. I also coach and lead a team of talented designers and executive coaches who work with diverse and dynamic partners across the country. My expertise in strategic planning, change leadership, grant coordination, and program management enables me to create and sustain impactful partnerships that foster innovation, collaboration, and equity in education. I am a lifelong learner who values continuous improvement, feedback, and growth. I am also a proud graduate of Teachers College of Columbia University and Texas A&M University.
