I have two years of experience working in customer service. I am hardworking, punctual, good with customers, and good at thinking of solutions under pressure. I was an employee of the month multiple times. As a leader, I am consistent, considerate, and open to ideas. One of my core strengths is self-awareness. I know what is going on around me and I am aware of what I need to accomplish. After learning more about task and relationship style leadership, I believe I am more relationship oriented. Although I wish I were more task-oriented. In a leadership setting, I think I display attributes from both styles but I lean towards being relationship-oriented. I want to achieve my goals and get work done, however, I can easily be distracted and I highly value the relationships I have with the people I'm working with. My strengths are that I value my relationships with people and attend to the needs of others. In the future, I see myself as a registered nurse either working in a dermatology office or a medical spa. I want to help others and help them with their health. My Mission is to receive a grade of an A or B in all my prerequisite courses. Also to be admitted into the UNF nursing program in the spring semester of 2025.
