As the Senior Sales Manager of Life Protect 24/7, I had the pleasure of helping the growth and expansion of a small company blossom into a successful and organized business. Within my first month of employment, I was promoted to Administrative Assistant where I created a more proficient way of tracking sales orders to ensure accuracy and save time. I managed the orders by meticulously analyzing each order for any product, financial, geographical, and/or spelling errors, and corrected any errors found. After much success, the company grew and I went from managing 12 sales representatives who were averaging around 30 to 35 orders a day, to 64 sales representatives averaging over 300 orders a day. At Whole Counsel Associates, I decipher the tools of the many assessments that Dr. Bindewald administers to his patients and write a summary in paragraph form of the information. I then return the summary to Dr. Bindewald so that he can finish the document and keep it on file for other doctors. I also file away patients' folders after their completion and keep all patients' information confidential by honoring the HIPAA law.

As a cashier at Commonwealth Pharmacy, I did the following: Ran the cash register and counted it down at closing, gave friendly assistance to customers of varying ages, stocked the pharmacy shelves, ordered new items to replenish the shelves, kept all patients' information confidential in honor of the HIPAA law, and kept my work area clean and tidy.
