I know the value of hard work - because I know that hard work bears good fruit. With the fruits of my labor, I choose to spend time developing relationships I value while seeking out new experiences wherever they may be found.My pursuit of a job well done means that I work with an owner’s mentality. I aim to not only hit targets, but to exceed expectations while inspiring those around me to push just a little bit harder. After all, I know that it’s often that little extra push that yields the greatest results. As a Business Development Director who has worked closely with multinational clients, I know what it takes to stand side by side with the best. It takes attention to detail while maintaining a grasp of the big picture. It takes knowing when to color within the lines and realizing when there are no lines. Most importantly, it takes knowing how to bring the best out of yourself and those on your team when the path gets rough. It takes perseverance, and in the face of balancing client expectations with agency targets, I have persevered. Much of my professional development is thanks to the unique abilities of those around me - from my mentors to my account managers to back-end partners. My journey in this industry has gifted me with a keen ability to persuade while remaining flexible. I have learned how to bring events to life from conception to execution. I have also grown adept at Microsoft Office, marketing, team leadership, and sales.I’m looking forward to seeing where my career brings me and to see the fruits of my labor come to life.
