Collaborate with colleagues weekly about improving Tier 1 and Tier 2 instruction during TBTs. Provide literacy and foundational skills instruction that aligns with the science of reading. Developed quarterly common assessments in reading, math, and writing with colleagues.

Planned and provided small group intervention and instruction in foundational reading skills and comprehension for 3rd grade students. Analyzed MAP fluency data and MAP Reading data to select research-based interventions such as Heggerty Bridge the Gap and Florida Center for Reading Research activities to target foundational reading skill deficits and comprehension skill deficits.
