Six Degrees is a multimedia collaboration that focuses on contemporary ballet and modern dance, with moment of experimental theater. We use original and local to craft our dance and performance piece. Six Degrees is a non- profit organization that works to bring exposure to dance and new types of music to the impoverished areas of Fort Collins and Northern Colorado. We hold free workshops to under privileged kids in the area and hold free or affordable performance for the community. In this effort we strive add to the growing dance and music communities of Norther Colorado and enrich the live of those around us.As Director I am responsible for the marketing aspect, the booking, the website, all promotion, fund raising, grant finding printing marketing materials, making promotional materials (e.g. videos, flyers, internet ads). As the Artistic Director I am responsible for the creative direction of overall theme of the performances, costuming, and much of the choreography and the music. As a company member I am responsible for learning and performing choreography.
