In my role as Order Desk Coordinator at CityFibre, I oversee the end-to-end provisioning process for new fibre orders, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery. I collaborate with customers, engineers, suppliers, third party companies and internal teams to manage the installation, testing, and activation of fibre services on a daily basis to swiftly address any challenges that interfere with a smooth install. Within my time at CityFibre I have also completed a Secondment for procedure writing and compiling training documents for the Order Desk team. Whilst doing this I have expanded my knowledge surrounding telecoms and the world of fibre optics. I have successfully completed Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training on LinkedIn Learning, gaining valuable skills in process improvement, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques to drive operational efficiency and deliver quality outcomes.Having obtained a 2:1 LLB Law degree, I have equipped myself with a strong foundation in critical thinking, analytical skills, collaboration, communication and time management which are essential in navigating complex tasks that we may get within the day to day work.
