Throughout my career, I have successfully designed, developed, implemented, and measured change interventions, communications strategies, and project management activities to deliver successful project outcomes. Most recently, I have worked in ICT implementation projects and have a strong history in Defence capability projects; working within the One Defence Capability System in both Capability Manager and Delivery Lead positions. Overall, my strong diverse experience coupled with my strong commitment to stakeholder engagement and team development, positions me as someone capable of delivering successful project outcomes in complex and changing environments.
