As the General Manager at Country Club of Roswell, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, financial performance, and operational excellence of the club. I lead a team of 70+ staff across various departments, including food and beverage, events and catering, member relations, golf, tennis, aquatics, and fitness. I have been within the private club industry for 12 + years, starting as the Service Director of Food and Beverage in May of 2012, moving within the club into several other roles before being promoted to my current role as General Manager.I have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of delivering high-quality and memorable experiences for the club's members and guests. I have successfully managed and executed hundreds of banquets, social events, and dining services, ranging from weddings and fundraisers to casual and fine dining. I have also developed and maintained strong professional relationships with vendors, staff, and community partners, ensuring the club's reputation, standards, and values are upheld. I have excellent skills in hospitality, banquets, social networking, communication, leadership, and problem-solving. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and collaborate with other professionals in the hospitality field.
