Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for delivery. Input new work orders from customers. Review RFQ's. Ensure customer drawings and documents are received according to specifications prior to start date of work order. Monitor and maintain customer portals. Purchase material, office supplies, measuring equipment etc. Arrange subcontract work with vendors. Issue material to work orders. Reception. Assist HR with vacation tracking/benefits/payroll/reimbursement for work supplies etc. Primarily using Navision software in addition to Excel/Word/Outlook.
