As a found and CEO of DeRose Therapy Group we focus on cultivating an authentic and supportive environment for both our providers and our clients and lead with experience and compassion to provide a leading level of care. We are client-centered and the work we do is relational, which creates trust and safety for the client and the foundation for the clinical work to be the most beneficial. Cultivating a supportive culture within our practice fosters the growth of our team, both personally and professionally. This ripple effect generates an environment where our clients feel nurtured, safe, and supported in their journey of healing and personal growth. I am able to provide individual, couple and family therapy to adolescents, young adults and adults for an array of different relational and emotional concerns. When therapy begins we will explore, together, your history, symptoms and impairments. Together we will discuss goals and create a treatment plan. We will revisit your goals and treatment plan throughout therapy to track progress and celebrate positive changes. I use an integrative approach in my practice. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and Narrative therapy as well as trauma sensitive approaches including trauma informed interventions. My approach always is collaborative and strength based as I will assist you in identifying your strengths and work to problem solve for solutions. We will explore what has led you to the point you are at today, how your past experiences have shaped you and how to move forward with a new understanding.Individual therapy for pre-teens, adolescents and adults: I offer one-on-one psychotherapy for pre-teens, adolescents and adults. This is a great option for those of you who are looking to uncover reasons for your behaviors and symptoms, for those who have experienced trauma or for those who are just trying to cope with the demands of everyday life.
