As an Operations Administrator with a background in Human Resources and Organizational Communication, my ultimate goal is to contribute to company success through enhanced productivity, relationship building, and analytical support.My educational experience in the Communication program at Oakland University has allowed me to obtain excellent formal communication skills, critical thinking, and mass media literacy. Additionally, my degree in American Sign Language interpreting has also given me the tools necessary for conveying information between two languages, how to work efficiently with diverse communities, and how to apply social ethics in a professional atmosphere.Lastly, but certainly not least, my role as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks has taught me how to effectively lead people, expert time management skills, how to succeed in highly stressful situations, and how to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patrons and employees. As a 3-time recipient of the Starbucks Partner of the Quarter award, I strive to continue to inspire others through exceptional leadership, hard work, integrity, and passion for bringing people together.
