Pride Fitness DSM is a personal training studio dedicated to creating a safer space for the LGBTQ+ community. Individuals are able to come as they are to gain strength and confidence through lifting.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety of the players, creating developmentally appropriate practices focusing on fundamental skills in which they implement during games. Developing a well-rounded athlete and handling parental involvement with integrity and respect.

Created and implemented practice plans to enhance fundamentals and increase their game knowledge for the next level. Helped players become leaders on and off the court and enabled players to achieve their greatest potential.

Provides one-on-one assistance to a student allowing them to attend a regular classroom setting on a daily basis. Assists student within the classroom when needed and work towards achievement of IEP goals. Consistently communicates with patience and understanding to student and other faculty to ensure safety of all involved.
