Managed force protection activities and ensured the smooth flow of routine operations for the Air Force's largest ground combat readiness training center in association with 100 military members and contractors. Delivered productive counselling to 122 staff members pertaining to 14 distinct career fields at a geographically separated unit, enhancing their personal awareness and supporting them in their career progression and professional development.Highlights:• Reviewed and updated curriculum in line with the current theater operations, providing an effective expeditionary skills training to 5.9K personnel, imparting combat knowledge and abilities on them and maintaining a mission ready workforce.• Saved $31K for the organization in training expenses by updating a mid-level supervisor course, converting 9.1K pages to e-books, and issuing the first-ever virtual combat readiness material for the students stationed in three separate locations.• Earned the Wing Level Team Award for the section on account of improving the tactical training course in liaison with two agencies and timely mitigating the training gaps for the US Africa Command.

Managed and facilitated the seamless implementation of law enforcement and security management initiatives and defended personnel, equipment, and resources from hostile forces. Trained and nurtured a combat force comprising 5K staff members through training and mentorship and supported worldwide security force operations and executive agency requirements that included nuclear, Presidential support, federal law enforcement, and national strategic programs. Delivered effect advisement and leadership to a team of 11 personnel in administering phase-I training and preparing the defense force for the protection of five sections with assets worth $6.9B. Planned and organized training procedures for 312 military and civilian staff members, empowering them to control and secure terrain inside and outside military installations. Conducted basic military training for 36K trainees, educating them on war skills, survivability, and academic courses, instilling discipline, teamwork, and Air Force core values, and enabling them to handle all assigned tasks effectively. Developed course materials and trainee comprehension by creating unique lesson plans, researching and applying supplementary information, and ensuring effective use of all support items that led to building an active and professional workforce capable of accomplishing crucial assignments efficiently.Highlights:• Trained and transformed 470 civilians into qualified military personnel, producing a 90.9% graduation rate and exceeding basic military training’s 4-year average by 2.5%.• Established basic military training academic instructor cadre, training/qualifying five new section leaders and augmenting the productivity of certified instructors by 20%.• Received Supervisor of the Second Quarter Award owing to training 17K personnel and motivating them in achieving a 99.6% end-of-curriculum passing rate.
